I servizi IPSIDD (Independent Practitioner Services for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities) includono i seguenti servizi clinici, forniti da un medico autorizzato nello Stato di New York o altrimenti specificato nel regolamento, che non sono forniti come parte della residenza e/o del giorno di un individuo servizio di abilitazione:
- Terapia occupazionale (OT)
- Fisioterapia (PT)
- Patologia vocale e linguistica
- Psicologia
- Assistenza sociale
